EBA General Meeting with the National Council for Recovery of Ukraine from the War
About 750 billion dollars, 850 projects, and 10 years for implementation – such a plan for the recovery of Ukraine was presented at the conference in Lugano. It’s scale definitely requires close cooperation between the state, business, and the international community.

Therefore, the European Business Association will meet with the National Council for Recovery of Ukraine from the War to discuss priorities and initial steps for post-war development in such spheres as infrastructure, finance, tax, customs, healthcare, agriculture, sustainable development, IT.

Thus, we will talk about the compensation mechanisms for war-caused damages, projects for the restoration of de-occupied territories, investment insurance during the war, incentives for the production of construction materials, the problem of double tax residency, preparation for the heating season, tax policies under martial law, etc.

The meeting will be participated by the Secretary of the National Council for Recovery Danylo Hetmantsev, as well as representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Finance.
